Sound System Design:
With the level of technology and broad range of capabilities offered by today’s equipment, it’s extremely difficult to know the difference between the right product for the job and a salesman’s “snake oil.” We at Tantra offer consulting services for performing arts facilities, houses of worship, commercial and governmental facilities, where we work with you to develop a performance specification, and then design a complete system around that specification. Once the design is completed, you will have a comprehensive package to set out to bid to allow due diligence for pricing.

One thing that differentiates us from many other vendors with consulting services, is that our specifications are in terms of capability, not part-number specific, which allows a wider variety of installers to bid on the project, which saves you money in the long run.

During the installation process, we will work directly with your chosen vendor to ensure that the specifications are met, and will perform a final system analysis upon completion of the installation to document that the final product meets the specifications that we developed during the planning stage. If you wish, we will be happy to submit a bid of our own based on the specifications derived, which imparts the benefit of a single entity to deal with for the duration of the installation.

Acoustic Analysis:
If you have problematic acoustic behavior in your facility, we offer computerized modeling and prediction services to help ascertain the causes, and develop a solution.

FFT-Based System Optimization:
If you have a good sound system in place, but you are constantly fighting for consistency, allow us to come in and tune your system using computerized fast-Fourier transform analysis tools to properly set bandpass delays, equalization and gain, as well as put a venue-specific equalization and zone tuning on your audio system.
